For years we have carefully seeked the lands of our crops. All our production is accredited with the Basque Quality Label, due to the use of selected seeds, exhaustive control of cultivation and packaging, high product quality and compliance with environmental standards.

Our crops are developed in farms located in Ibarra and neighbouring towns of Gipuzkoa. They are all surrounded by forests and vast sloppy pastures, providing the best conditions for the plants to grow.

We avoid pests with our own made floral bands and manures. All this completes the natural environment that surrounds us.
Because of that, our crops have obtained the Integrated Production certificates.

We produce a type of pepper distinguished by its thin greenish yellow skin, mild spicy tender meat and soft flavour. All the production is freshly harvested and packaged with the best quality.

Our piparra is hand-selected and pickled in low-acid and low-salt white wine vinegar. At least after two months of maturation, it is ready to be tasted in different formats, both for consume at home and restaurants.
